Today is the official unveiling of Gym Momentum. This project has been a long time coming!
As coaches, I believe, that we all enjoy hanging out after competitions and training camps – talking gymnastics, sharing drills and ideas and telling great stories. That is the feeling that I want people to have when they visit this website.

I plan on posting things daily Monday- Friday. I already have some great content to share from some great coaches around the country.

Thanks for checking out my newest project, GYM MOMENTUM. I am very excited about what this can become. My goal is for this site to become a place for coaches and even class teachers to get a drill or progression AND share a drill. Every clinic I have ever done I have picked up a new drill or idea. This is a way for you to share your drills with other gymnastics professionals all over the world!
Gymnastics is a dynamic sport, we have to constantly evolve by learning and then sharing that knowledge with the gymnasts. I hope that GYM MOMENTUM can help you stay focused and be creative and help you blast through those road blocks when they come up.
Let’s face it- every once and a while- we all need to vent and blow off steam Because we work with kids- we all have some very funny stories as well. Sometimes we all need to share a laugh. Here is your opportunity.
