Cara has 16 years experience in sport ranging from pre-school to USAG level 10
She is the Owner of Acrotex Gymnastics in Roundrock, Texas. She has placed many gymnasts to Level 9 Westerns and Junior Olympic Nationals and has coached athletes who have gone onto compete at many Universities through out the USA. As of 2018 She has been a member of the Gym Momentum staff for 8 years.
