I’ve really had a great time using the FORSTER BAR from Tumbl trak. It is one of the few drills we use every day from Level 4 and up. It helps with strength, teaches kids when they need to shift their wrists. At the South Florida Camp that I did, Steve Arkell used rolled up wash cloths to keep the girls head neutral on a lot of drills.
I have just combined the two.
