Love the drills and the slides but could’ve done without 1/4 to 1/2 of the twisting videos before the actual video. Not that it wasn’t fun to watch but the quality of a lot of it is poor. On the other hand loved the Cirque du Soliel tumbling portion. I had many a discussion on which way to twist after a roundoff also. Some really great arguments for both ideas.
