Set the equipment for their size
Low Bars- skinny rails
If you have to lift them- It’s probably not set right
Get your stations set up in advance
Teach front support someplace else first
Don’t be too detailed in your lesson plan
Help them find success
Never turn your back on a class
Be enthusiastic
REMEMBER- THEY WILL LET GO!
